Here are Louise’s top tips for taking care of the basics - they're small details, but so important to get right. 

Check your recorded landline and mobile answerphone messages – are they up-to-date? 

Divert landline calls to mobiles if you’re out and about and unable to answer calls, guests are unlikely to call back if the phone is left unanswered!

Is your website up-to-date?  Check your prices, availability, contact details and descriptions.

Do you have up-to-date images on your website?  So many businesses refurbish but forget to update their images online – this is so important.

Is your visitwales.com website listing up-to-date? Does it include the correct contact details, photos, links?  If not, get it updated.  Need help, or forgotten your user name and password to be able to update this yourself?
