We are delighted to announce that from Wednesday 2 December 2020 we are able to reopen our centres.
Pre-book online
Throughout December you will need to pre-book online for all activities. This will now include booking your gym slot prior to attending, all fitness classes and swimming.
Our booking will open Monday 30 November 2020 at 10am and will allow booking 3 days in advance.
Existing Aspirations and golf members
We will be unfreezing all memberships from the above date to allow usage of our facilities. As a member you will have usage in December but we will not be charging any membership fees in December. Your first direct debit will be taken in January 2021 on your usual collection date.
Unfortunately Stirchley Recreation centre will remain closed at this moment in time but we are working towards re-opening this facility in January 2021 with this in mind we will not be recommencing Stirchley’s Direct Debit members and further information will be sent to these members.
Not ready to return?
That’s not a problem. If you would like to remain frozen you will need to refreeze your membership. We will be contacting all of our members individually to make them aware how they can do this. Please don’t panic though we will be taking no direct debits in December.
Swimming lessons
Due to the timing of the reopening and the fact we usually have a Christmas break we will not be starting lessons until January 2021. We will be in touch with all our swimming lessons members individually.
And finally...
We would like to reassure our customers that we are doing everything we can to keep our facilities clean and safe to exercise in.
Cleaning schedules have been increased throughout the leisure centres, and you may find that the reception area looks a little different with the installation of screens at the desks.
