Welcome back to Telford & Wrekin Leisure
We hope by now you have seen that we are re-opening five leisure centres from Saturday 25th July:
- Wellington Civic & Leisure Centre
- Oakengates Leisure Centre
- Abraham Darby Sports and Leisure Centre
- Newport Swimming Pool
- Horsehay Village Golf Centre

Got a membership with us?
For those of you with Aspirations memberships, because we’re not automatically resuming all direct debits to use our leisure facilities or to pre book online for any activities you will need to contact direct.debitadministrator@telford.gov.uk to resume your membership.
This includes all direct debit memberships and pre-paid annual memberships.
We are processing unfreeze requests on average within the day, if you have not heard back ** please double check you have sent the email to the above address which includes the full stop.**
You will need to do this before you can pre-book your gym slot or fitness class online.

 Your membership options
We recognise that we can’t provide our full Aspirations offer right now. So as a valued member, here are your options:
- We won’t be automatically resuming any Direct Debits without your permission. Perhaps you’re still shielding, or you don’t feel too comfortable coming into the gym or a fitness environment right now? That’s okay, we appreciate everybody will make their own journey back.
- If you’re keen to get back to it, and it makes sense to resume your direct debit we will be temporarily reducing monthly membership prices by £5 per month, as an example, the following:
Standard membership per month: £24.50
Corporate/concession per month: £20

You can resume your direct debit or pre-paid annual membership by emailing direct.debitadministrator@telford.gov.uk with your name, address and membership number (you can find this on the back of your TLC card).
You won’t be able to pre book online without resuming your membership first.
- Our pay as you go options will still be available to members and non-members at the normal price. You can find these prices here.

Swimming
It’s a popular choice for those of you with Aspirations memberships, TLC cards or paying as you go so we thought we’d break it down for you and provide you with the key information.
Swimming pools that will be opening from Saturday 25th July are:

Booking your swim slot online
Booking online for multiple swimmers can be a bit tricky at the moment, we hope these steps help:
1. Check the timetable for which session you want to attend
2. Select session from the list available
3. Book in adult, junior and under 5's using the correct option, adding them to your basket for each one as you go.
4. If you want a lane swim in a public session please make sure you book using the correct option
5. If you’re really struggling with multiple swimmers, you can call the leisure centre to book over the phone if this is easier.

Our timetables will look a little different to previously and we will be carefully managing the number of people in the swimming pool at any one time to provide you with an enjoyable and safe swim.

We would like to reassure our customers that we are doing everything we can to keep our facilities clean and safe to exercise in.
Cleaning schedules have been increased throughout the leisure centres, and you may find that the reception area looks a little different with the installation of screens at the desks.
