The next Tower Hamlets Holiday Childcare Scheme takes place from Tuesday 30 May - Friday 2 June 2023 (4 days).  Bookings open from Tuesday 2 May.

Platform to Talk online discussion session for parents: Revise Wise

Reminder: Platform to Talk - Supporting students through exams

Platform to Talk is an online, discussion-based session for parents to share their experiences and get information.  April's Platform to Talk session will be about supporting students through exams.

You will discover ways to help students manage the anxiety of exams and learn about the most effective revision and exam techniques for a stress-free exam season.

Co-parenting support for separated parents

Parenting course for separated parents

Triple P Family Transitions is a course for separated or divorced parents who want to co-parent and would like support maintaining a positive environment for their children. It is not a mediation programme - ex-partners are not expected to attend the course together.  If both parents would like to do the course, they will be invited to attend separate groups.

Improve your mental health

Self care for mental health

To correspond with Mental Health Awareness Week (15 - 21 May), the Parental Engagement Team are delivering a special online session for parents and carers called ‘Self Care for Mental Health’.

The session will help you understand your own emotional needs so that you can develop good emotional health. You will have the chance to share your experiences with other parents and pick up some practical self care tips that are the foundations to good mental health.

Join a digital women's safety walk around your neighbourhood

Join these virtual women’s safety walks where you can share your safety concerns and make suggestions for improvement.
