Here are lots of exciting and interesting activities for you to try with your family or at your school, and to share with your friends.  We will be sending out the Healthy Lives newsletter three times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There's something for everyone.

Health spot

New remote GP for children and young adults

Spotlight is working with the Tower Hamlet’s GP Care Group and other partners to provide you with a new remote GP service called Health Spot.

This GP service is specifically dedicated to the well-being of young people and is open to you remotely, at present. Health Spot offers friendly, confidential medical appointments with a GP who is experienced in supporting young people with health needs.

Everyone aged 11-19 is welcome, and up to 25 if you have any SEND or any additional needs. You do not need to already be a member of Spotlight to book an appointment.

School meals

Feed your child for five days for £15

Bite Back 2030, working with Jamie Oliver, has put together a guide with what eligible parents need to know in order to make their £15 free school meals voucher go further. Take a look at their simple shopping list and explore their easy meal ideas.

Their shopping list has been price-checked to cost £15 or less at a mid-range supermarket. It aims for meals that can be made with minimal prep time and equipment.
