Be 'epic at home'
CBBC’s ‘How to Be Epic @ Home’ series has one aim…to help you become epic during the lockdown. Each show is around ten minutes but packed full of ideas to practice and master at home, including magic tricks, brain teasers, dance, and arts and crafts!
How to play tennis at home 🎾
The Lawn Tennis Association explain how you can improve your tennis skills any time, anywhere, using their activities hub for the whole family.
It has four areas:
- Short video exercises,
- Activity cards,
- Personal development challenges
- Learning activities relating to curriculum subjects
#TOGETHERACTIVE with the Saracens Sport Foundation
The #TOGETHERACTIVE series by Saracen’s Rugby Club includes a variety of interactive and differentiated exercise classes.
Videos, led by skilled and qualified members of the Saracens Sport Foundation, include:
- Rugby and movement skills
- PE games
- Health and wellbeing
- Cheer-leading
- Dance
Let’s draw Star Wars
Do you know your Yoda from your Kylo Ren? Your Millennium Falcon from your X-Wing? Do you also love to draw?! These short episodes from Star Wars Kids will teach you how to draw something new from the Star Wars galaxy - for all ages and skill levels.
