The Healthy Lives Team and West Ham Football Club have been working with primary schools in Tower Hamlets to introduce the Premier League Primary Stars programme, as part of the Mayor of London's Healthy Schools Silver and Gold Awards.

Free home learning resources

Following school closures, Premier League Primary Stars have made their school curriculum-linked resources completely free for home learning. These resources have been successfully used in thousands of primary schools and are now available for families.

Resources cover maths, English, PE, and health and well-being for primary school children, with fun activities to keep them active and learning at home. More resources are added each week.

Exercise with PSYCLE

PSYCLE are live-streaming a whole range of brilliant workouts which are free during the week. Sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:30pm.

Workouts can be accessed in your own time, each week will focus on strengthening and toning a different area of the body.
