Mental well-being support for adults

The mental well-being service 'Good Thinking' has recently been updated to support Londoners during Coronavirus.

Their website includes:

  • Guides to manage your mental health;
  • Information aimed at healthcare workers and families; 
  • Personal stories; and,
  • Useful links.

Young Mayor

Supporting young adults in Tower Hamlets

The Tower Hamlets youth service has launched a new collection of useful links that brings together messages from the Young Mayor (pictured, above right) and his team, plus more content to keep young people in Tower Hamlets updated and informed.

Move Crew

Move Crew (primary and secondary)

UK Active and Nike have just launched Move Crew, a programme developed with the expertise of teachers and physical activity specialists, elite athletes, kids and coaches.

Each mission is designed to help kids unlock their 60-minutes of daily recommended activity.

Key presenters include British Sprint Champion, Dina Asher-Smith and Hanna Sepeta, Active School Hero and PE lead from Granton Primary School in Lambeth.
