If you're new to walking or want to meet others, Walks for Wellbeing offers a variety of guided walks across Teignbridge, welcoming all ages and abilities.

Teignbridge also boasts miles of routes for all kinds of cyclist. For a gentle ride, try the Exe Estuary Trail, which links Dawlish Warren to Exeter and beyond - ideal for families and leisure cyclists.
Looking for more of a challenge? The Wray Valley Trail is an 11-mile, mostly traffic-free route connecting Bovey Tracey to Moretonhampstead.

 This week is Know Your Numbers Week and the best way to understand your blood pressure is to check it regularly - and now it’s easier than ever.
From this week, you can borrow blood pressure monitors from all libraries across Devon.
In Teignbridge, monitors are available to borrow from the following libraries: Ashburton, Bovey Tracey, Buckfastleigh, Chudleigh, Dawlish, Kingskerswell, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Moretonhampstead, and Teignmouth.

 Devon County Council are holding a final online support session for young people transitioning to adulthood on Tuesday 16 September.
This session is all about learning strategies for maintaining good mental health and building resilience, ensuring young people are equipped to handle the challenges and changes that come with transitioning to adulthood.

This session is open to all, but will be of interest to young people, parents, and carers.
