Staff from West Devon Borough Council have been out and about in the community helping with community litter picks, as part of the Great British Spring Clean.
The council offered help to several litter picking events taking place across the borough during Britain’s favourite environmental charity’s clean-up campaign last month. The council provided bags and litter picking equipment for picks, and council staff joined the arranged litter pick events.

Our Community Halls Capital Grant Fund offers capital funding for village halls and community centres to help improve, modernise and future-proof their facilities.
Grants are available for one-off capital projects that strengthen the long-term sustainability of these valued spaces. This could include essential building works, upgrades to key facilities, or improvements that increase accessibility and usability.
