Your garden waste collection service - an update

Dear Customer,

We're writing to let you know about a small change to your garden waste collection that will support the service during the busiest months of the year.

From now until the end of October 2025, we ask that you present your garden waste containers by 6.15 a.m. on your scheduled collection day.

This is a slight adjustment from the usual 7 a.m. time and is being introduced to ensure collections are being completed as efficiently as possible during the peak season.

We appreciate your support in helping us with the service.
