Foster Care Fortnight runs until 25 May, and it’s a chance to recognise the life-changing work of foster carers in our community — and highlight the support that our council provides to help care leavers take their next steps with confidence.
We spoke to West Devon foster carer Jane Brown, who has been fostering for over 14 years, about the rewards and challenges of fostering — and how council support is helping young people thrive after care.
