
Against a challenging backdrop of local government budget cuts and increased costs, we've managed yet another balanced budget for 2025/26.
On Tuesday 18 February, Council agreed its 2025/2026 budget for the next financial year.
The Council is forecasting a £1.6m budget gap by 2026/27 primarily due to cuts in the Local Government Finance Settlement published at the end of last year.
