Look out for our electoral annual canvas

post

Our Electoral annual canvas is starting in the Borough. You may receive one of two documents from us.

If you receive a letter confirming the names of people already living at your address, and there are no changes, you don’t need to respond. If there are names missing or someone listed has moved out then we need to know.

Residents who receive a four-page A4 booklet (Canvass Form CF) must respond by law, even if the details printed on the form are correct, and provide the information requested on the form. Where necessary, please use the security codes printed on the booklet.

There are a range of ways to respond:

The 'Let's Talk' team from South Devon and Dartmoor Community Safety Partnership is developing sessions specifically for dads and male carers.

'Let’s Talk' provides online support and advice to parents of young people aged from 7 to 18 years. It's now looking to provide specialist support for dads and male carers in the coming months.

To help design the best support, dads and male carers can take part in an online survey to help understand their views and how best to provide support and advice.
