- Thursday 23 May – 11:30am – 5pm
- Friday 24 May – 11:30am – 7pm

SWW is now delivering bottled water to all customers still under the boil water notice in the Hillhead and Kingswear areas.
Deliveries will continue until the boil water notice is lifted. This includes customers on the Priority Services Register.
If you’re not at home and miss their delivery, bottled water can still be collected between 7am and 9pm from their water stations:
- Churston Car Boot Field, TQ5 0PG
- Broadsands Car Park, TQ4 6HX
- Freshwater Quarry Car Park, TQ5 8BA

There are reports of scam calls from people claiming to be South West Water (SWW).
Please be assured that the compensation from SWW will be paid automatically into your bank or credited to your next bill, depending on how you pay your bills. This will be paid to all household customers who have been issued the boil water notice.
The company has asked that you report any suspicious calls to the Police or directly to them.

The advice from UKHSA is not to go to the Doctors or to A&E unless you have been unwell for over seven days.
If you need urgent clinical care, or if you experience more severe symptoms such as blood in your poo, then get in touch as they may recommend taking a sample for testing, this will help them manage demand at this busy time.
General advice on Cryptosporidium symptoms and general hygiene advice to minimise the spread can be found on UKHSA's website here.
