If you find that your family situation has changed where your larger property no longer suits you, then perhaps downsizing may be for you.
We want to help support our local families who are struggling in homes that are too small for their growing families. To do this we need to help make some of our larger social rented houses in the Borough available.

Our voluntary downsizing scheme even offers up to £5,000 when moving to a smaller home.
