Dimensions pool reopening

The fun pool at Dimensions is due to reopen from this Friday (October 2) with strict covid-secure measures in place to help to keep families safe.

 

In line with national government guidelines, the popular attraction in Burslem is allowed to welcome visitors again for the first time since the national lockdown.

The site has something for all visitors to enjoy - a fantastic pool, rapids, fountains and a 65-metre dragon slide.

 

All guests must pre-book and pay for their session in advance by calling Dimensions on 01782 233101.The booking lines will available 9am-9pm, Monday to Friday; 9am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday. Those who have not booked in advance will not be allowed in.

 

The other strict covid-secure measures in place include:

  • Reduced numbers for each session to aid with social distancing;
  • No spectators allowed;
  • Social distancing rules followed;
  • Under eights must be accompanied by a responsible adult;
  • NHS test and trace will be used;
  • A maximum group booking of up to six people;
  • No floats in use during aqua tot sessions;
  • If you develop any coronavirus symptoms please do not attend and instead follow Public Health England advice.

Sessions can be booked no more than seven days in advance.

 

A limited takeaway menu will be available from the café bar.

 

Safety is the top priority at Dimensions. Visitors are asked to please maintain social distancing and follow the guidance of leisure centre staff at all times. Please note, following national government guidelines, the spas and hydrotherapy pool remain temporarily closed.

 

After each session, the poolside and changing area will be cleaned. Cleaning will also take place during sessions.

 

A one-way system is in place in the leisure centre.
