Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme launch air quality survey
An online survey has been launched to gauge how poor air quality affects the local community.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council are seeking the views of residents, schools, businesses, community groups and other stakeholders from today as part of steps being taken for cleaner air in the area.
The survey, open until 30 April, will inform work to tackle air pollution levels in some areas which is affecting the health of local people.

Hanley’s popular Sunday market and car boot sale is now moving to a new central location.
The weekend market and car boot sale which is normally held at Hinde Street car park will move this Sunday to a new temporary location, the car park at Birch Terrace next to Hanley bus station.
