Want your little ones to hit new heights? Well, gymnastics enrolment is open... NOW! Make sure you get in touch this week.
We have parent and toddler classes for under fives, then sessions for five to six-year-olds, seven to eight-year-olds, nine to ten-year-olds, 11-year-olds and adult classes. The courses take place over 12 weeks.

Lessons help to improve strength and are fantastic for balance and posture. And there are loads of other benefits too, including:

• It improves flexibility and is good for other sports;
• The training develops co-ordination;
• It helps children follow instructions;
• Youngsters increase their confidence;
• Sessions teach teamwork;
• Gymnasts get used to setting goals;
• It's great for encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
The classes are held at the Gymnastics Centre on Newcastle Street in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. Sessions take place at several different times and days from Monday to Saturday.
