New service gives library users access to free e-audiobooks Stoke-on-Trent’s libraries are launching a new service which will allow customers to borrow free e-audiobooks online 24 hours a day. Library users will be able to access BorrowBox seven days a week from their mobile phones, tablets and laptops from Wednesday, February 19. The service provides access to a wide range of stories from bestselling authors including Lee Child, James Patterson, Roald Dahl and David Walliams.
