11am to 4pm every Tuesday and Thursday...offering crafts, exercise, lunch, cookery classes, confidence building classes, bingo and other activities - most are free of charge.

Tea, Toast and Talk

9 to 11am every Friday...a free breakfast and opportunity to meet new people, ask for advice and find out what’s on offer in the local community.
