Shoppers now have an extra reason to visit Hanley Indoor Market – after the opening of a new children’s soft play area.
The Little Ducks play area features steps, a slide, wobbly characters, rockers and padded walls and floor, as well as educational panels. The area, which has been installed next to Sutton’s Coffee Shop, has a market theme and is aimed at children under six years old.
The play area cost £16,500 and has been funded by the traders with the hope of attracting more young families to the market.
