If you need to speak to us, you can call 01782 234234 (8am to 8pm Mondays to Fridays, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays) or visit your local customer service centre (click here to find locations and opening times).

 

Please note that as we have sent bills out to more than 114,000 properties, this is an extremely busy time for our customer service team and you may therefore be placed in a queue. Don’t forget, you can save time by going online to manage your Council Tax.

We’ve made it even easier to update the details on your Council Tax account. Now you can fill in a form online to let us know if you’ve changed address or if someone’s moved in with you and you need to cancel your Single Person Discount.
