Dear Doctor,
We would like to offer you a warm welcome to Lead Employer as you get ready to commence your time in G.P or Speciality Training.
Lead Employer is part of the St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospital NHS Trust and currently employs over 12,000 doctors and dentists-in-training, based across eight regions within the UK.
Lead Employer will act as your employer throughout your full time in training and will support you as you rotate throughout your placements.

Within the next 24 hours, you will receive your Conditional Offer letter from us via a system called Trac. This letter will outline all of the pre-employment checks we require in order for you to start in post.
You will also receive a Health Questionnaire to complete via a system called Cohort. Please ensure you have any vaccination documents to hand before starting this questionnaire.
