What is STEP?
*STEP is a platform that holds all Core Skills training records in one place. It can accept training records from a variety of sources (*ESR, eLFH and local learning hubs) and shares this data so that Training records are fully accessible and transferable.
This means that your Core Skills mandatory training only needs to be completed when it is due to expire, not at each new rotation.
