Even more health and wellbeing apps are now available through the Staffordshire Health App Finder, helping you to easily find the best and most trusted apps to keep you and your family healthy.
The free App Finder launched in Staffordshire in 2020, and now has more than 2,000 monthly users who access its library of the best and most trusted apps, to either help manage existing health conditions, or just to help with general fitness and wellbeing.
All apps are thoroughly and independently reviewed to make sure you know which are the best and safest to use to stay fit and well.

There are lots of different types of fostering from short breaks to long-term foster care. Carers are needed for babies and children from 0-18 years old.

Do 10,000 steps a day in May
This month is national walking month!
We are encouraging residents to try to walk as much as possible in May and ditch the car for short journeys. This could be walking to school or work, walking to the local shops or just getting out and about and try to get your 10,000 steps in a day.
Walking instead of driving where you can, not only is healthier but also helps to cut down on harmful air pollution.
