Communication Assistant

We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for experience in a communications role. You’ll learn valuable communications, marketing and digital skills with a busy, high-performing team.
You will play an important role supporting the busy, varied work we do helping to develop and deliver communications that engage, inform and inspire people of Staffordshire. You will be able to use your creativity to develop copy, design assets, and film and edit videos, as well as taking responsibility for some of our communications administrative processes, such as social media scheduling and data gathering for reporting.
Intelligence and Quality Assistant
You will be working across the Performance, Quality Assurance and Engagement team within Children’s Services at Staffordshire County Council., and will be required to complete data related tasks, arrange meetings, take minutes, and complete a range of administration tasks.
Assistant Digital Officer
You will support the Digital Team team in the day to day running on the Council’s front facing digital offer and will be provided with the appropriate equipment, software, training and support to do this. You will also be using new software to create videos from existing web content.
