Hello
Did you know that physical activity is good for a child's behaviour, self-confidence and social skills, as well as their health?
How can you help your family get more active? Join the Voice Project Staffordshire for their free Facebook live event about physical health and wellness.
Find out more and join the event for free on their Facebook page.
It's great that our kids can keep in touch with their friends and find new ways to be social online, but there are risks too.
Sadly, many children are being exposed to abuse.
Find out how you can help your child get the most out of the internet and keep them safe from harm with ThinkUKnow.

Each week we share a challenge for children and young people to take part in.
This weeks challenge is: Become an illustrator!
How to take part in the challenge:
-
Visit The IckaBog web pages to read the new book by J K Rowling for free with your kids. If your child is under seven, you can still take part in our challenge using any book for their age.
- Draw or paint pictures to go along with the story - let your imagination run wild!
- Getting creative helps children become better problem solvers, and try out new ideas and ways of thinking.
-
If your child is aged 7 to 12 years old, you can enter their artwork into the national competition to illustrate The IckaBog for a chance to get their picture in print.
