How much are you moving? It's recommended that kids get 60 minutes of physical activity each day!  

Increasing your physical activity is easy with the help of Change4Life.

You can find activities, set goals and measure progress.  Here's some ideas to get you started:

Play one of their Disney 10 minute shake up games.

Find easy ways for kids to keep active if you cannot get outdoors.

Find out what's really in your food with their food scanner app

Learn how to make an easy sugar swap and find healthy recipes.
