Children's Mental Health Week - "This Is My Place"
 |
|
This year’s theme for Children’s Mental Health Week (9 to 15 February) is "This is my place."
For children with SEND, finding a "place" where they feel safe, understood, and truly belong is vital for their emotional well-being. Whether it’s a sensory-friendly session, a local sports club, or a supportive play group environment, a sense of belonging builds the resilience our children need to thrive.
Visit the "events and activities" section on the SEND Local Offer, to find local community groups and sessions.
Join the Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Event at The Victoria Centre this Saturday, 14 February.
