ABP Southampton Marathon, Half and 10k
The ABP Southampton Marathon, Half & 10K, is back for 2020, on Sun 26 April. With over 10,000 runners expected to take part it is one of the city's biggest sporting events of the year. The route takes in some of the city's most famous sites including the QE2 Anchor and Bargate with the runners heading straight through St Mary's Stadium. Keep your 2020 fitness goals on track, join in this year to celebrate the city. Find out more >

Cycle Southampton Sporterium
This brand new event for Southampton takes place on Sat 20 June. The Cycle Southampton Sportive has two distances to choose from, a standard 100k or a short 60k. Both routes take you out of Southampton around a beautiful loop featuring some of the best roads Hampshire has to offer!
The Criterium is a short, fast-paced event in Southampton city centre featuring a variety of cycle races and categories throughout the day, where you compete against the clock to get in as many laps as possible! Gung-Ho! Southampton
Gung-Ho! is coming back to Southampton Common on Sat 20 June. This 5k run features huge inflatable obstacles and a whole heap of fun! Whether you're a veteran athlete or a first-time 5k runner, you'll find plenty of opportunity to show just how Gung-Ho! you really are. Find out more >

A weekend of Race For Life and Southampton Pretty Muddy on Southampton Common
We don't break records. We beat cancer.
On Sat 27 June join in with the Southampton Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course, where you can scramble over the A-frame and crawl through a mud pit while raising funds for life-saving research. Don't forget there is a Pretty Muddy Kids obstacle course too.
And on Sun 28 June Race For Life is a totally non-competitive, pressure-free event that people of all ages and abilities take part in. The 5k route is recommended to anyone who hasn't taken part before, but there is a 10k route if you prefer more of a challenge. Find out more >
