5 Ways to feel well and happy this christmas
The 5 Ways to Wellbeing (scroll down on the page to find the link) offer a framework to help you look after your mental wealth and energy and put you in the best place to relax and enjoy winter festivities.
Give to yourself as well as others in all the busyness
Connect - listen and have meaningful conversations. Enjoy the company of the people you're sharing time with. Get in touch with people you know who might be alone or need a little encouragement
Take Notice - If you're feeling stretched, frustrated, frazzled, tired... do you need to pause, to stretch, have an honest conversation, ask for a bit of help? Notice how others might be feeling - what do they need? Remember to enjoy sights, sounds, tastes and experiences through all your 5 senses
Be Active - get some fresh air, go for a walk, stretch, play a game, dance
Keep Learning - tradition is comforting and new traditions are energising and fun - what do you want that's new and different this year?

See you in January!
