Exercise on referral is a physical activity referral scheme that offers support in developing an activity routine to help improve your health and assist in the management of your medical condition/s.
Physical activity has a key part to play in improving health and wellbeing. Exercise on referral will support and encourage you to take the first steps to becoming more active on a regular basis.
 Have you been referred by your GP, Physiotherapist or Social Prescriber? Our Exercise on Referral programme is designed to help you improve your health, confidence and wellbeing in a safe, supportive environment.
Our Exercise on Referral Sessions at Church Stretton Leisure Centre provide expert support in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Whether you're looking for a fully supported 12-week programme, group exercise classes, or a flexible pay-as-you-go option, we have a pathway to suit your needs.
