Exercise on Referral Information

The Exercise on Referral Scheme is a 12-week
programme which consists of:

• an initial consultation
• a 12-week exercise programme, tailored
to meet individual needs
• a final reassessment

Specialised Classes are held weekly, throughout
the programme and are led by a qualified instructor.

Over 60's class

Its Never to Late to Start Exercising

We have a new specialised class starting soon based on Strength, Conditioning and Balance for over 60’s. The class will be in a small group format to ensure all abilities are catered for and that each session is adaptable and accessible.

Classes run on Tuesday's @ 11am SpArC Bishops Castle

Wednesday's @ 11.15am Church Stretton

Make it a birthday to remember and book our pool for exclusive use of our Giant Atlantis Pool Inflatable with Music.

Birthday Parties are available to book at Much Wenlock Leisure Centre on Saturdays between 2pm – 3pm for pool only or 2pm – 4pm if you would like a room to do food in afterwards and Sunday's 1.30pm - 2.30pm for pool only or 1.30pm – 3.30pm if you would like a room to do food in afterwards

SLT Mobile Pro App and Connect (Online Booking)

Don't forget to download the Shropshire Leisure Time App for booking sessions at your local leisure centre. To help you download the app and learn how to use it, we have created an Online Guide

We also have an Online Booking System in place for members who don’t have access to a smart phone. The process is exactly the same to register but you just use the link above to book rather than downloading the App.

Sport England Funding

Sport England want to support projects that bring communities together and provide sport and physical activities for people who may be less physically active. Asda Foundation’s Investing in Spaces and Places Grants

Asda Foundation’s Investing in Spaces and Places Grants Programme Opens 6 February

For a second year in a row, the Asda Foundation is offering large grants of up to £25,000 for local groups across the UK who are working to improve spaces in the heart of their local community.

In 2023, there is a total funding pot of £500,000.

Grants of between £10,000 and £25,000 are available to cover between 25% and 75% of the total project costs for projects .

Applications will be accepted from 6 February 2023 to 19 March 2023.
