Use your freezer

Poultry can be kept in your freezer for up to a year! Meaning you could freeze your Christmas bird leftovers, walk the British coastline and be back with time to spare to enjoy it again!

Get some labels ready to add the freeze date and what's inside to your containers (maybe put your name on it too so no-one nabs your Christmas turkey curry you'll want in March)
