Let Zero, in partnership with South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, is a retrofit support service for private landlords in South Yorkshire.
Let Zero provides clear, impartial guidance to help you plan improvements for Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), and future‑proof your portfolio.
You are invited to attend a Let Zero drop‑in session, where we will buy you a coffee and you can speak directly with our retrofit advisors, ask questions about MEES, and get some free advice about your portfolio.
Following this, we offer an EPC Plus service which includes an EPC assessment, Retrofit Assessment, Home Action Plan and follow up call for just £150 per property, giving you a thorough, practical, affordable starting point for understanding what upgrades your properties may need to meet upcoming regulation.
EPC changes are coming in 2027, but any EPCs lodged now will be compliant for the next ten years. If you want to make sure your properties are MEES compliant within the current known EPC framework, get started with us right away.
