Discover the hidden world of bees at Sheffield Cathedral this Easter.
Pick up a free trail and follow the clues around the Cathedral, learning fun facts about bees along the way. Complete the trail to receive a small prize.
The trail runs 28 March to 1 April and 6 April to 11 April 2026. Suitable for children aged 4 and over.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt is returning to The Moor this April. Look out for hidden Easter surprises across The Moor and join in with the family friendly activities.

Sheffield’s biggest Easter egg hunt is back. Hundreds of eggs are hidden across the field - follow the clues to find them!
For children under 3 there is also a tots hunt in a separate paddock. Every child is guaranteed an Easter egg.

Join author Chloë Heuch for a workshop to help develop descriptive writing.
Chloë will read from her book A History Of My Weird. It was shortlisted for the 2025 Sheffield Children's Book Award.
The workshop will include a sensory activity to spark imaginations, followed by a writing exercise and book signing. Suitable for ages 9+.

Amazelab is running hands on science workshops for children and families at Sheffield Libraries this Easter.
Children will explore nature through simple science activities and make their own nature imprints to take home.
