Our service is currently experiencing a high volume of referrals which we are working hard to fulfil.
There may be delays in appointment times for further advice from our caseworkers or Young People’s Involvement Officer, and things may look a little different.
During busy periods, you may get our answering machine. If this happens, please leave us a message and we will return your call. If you do not hear back from us within 5 working days, please call again. We will try twice to contact you and follow up by email if we have your email address.
We are running regular information sessions for parents and carers. During these sessions, you can speak directly to members of the team and ask any questions you have, which may reduce the need for a one-to-one appointment.

We are now offering more sessions for parents all about their options and next steps following decisions by the local authority around education, health and care plans (EHCPs)
We are currently looking at doing even more parent sessions on topics including suspensions and exclusions and annual reviews.
We would love your feedback on any other topics you would like to see covered in our information sessions!
If you have any ideas, no matter how big or small, please complete our online form by clicking the button below
