An exhibition about the Sheffield Local Plan will be on display across the city from 12th to 26th March.
To make sure the city develops in a way that works for everyone, we are creating a new Local Plan. This is a long‑term blueprint that guides where new homes, jobs, transport links, and community facilities should go between now and 2039.
The exhibition will show how the Plan aims to guide new homes, support jobs and investment, and help Sheffield grow in a well‑planned and sustainable way.
The displays will also feature information about the current consultation on key changes to the Plan.
You can visit the exhibition at:
- The Moor Market, Sheffield, S1 4PF
- Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre, Sheffield, S20 7PJ
- Thorncliffe Leisure Centre, Sheffield, S35 3HY
It will be unstaffed and open to view during each venue’s normal opening hours.

The consultation runs from 2 March to 14 April 2026.
