Government Inspectors have said the Sheffield Local Plan is capable of being found sound if some key changes (known as ‘main modifications’) are made.
You will be able to have your say on these proposed modifications in early March.
After this, all feedback will be sent to the Inspectors who will review the comments.
If the Inspectors agree the plan can go ahead, it will come back to Full Council in summer 2026 to be considered for adoption.
