Update on our new "My Housing" service
We know that our customers are still awaiting login details to access the new "My Housing" service.
We can now confirm that letters have been sent which contain your unique Tenancy Reference Numbers. The letters also give instructions on how to create an account and log in.
Unfortunately, we encountered some issues in preparing these letters and we sincerely apologise for the delay.
Please wait until you have received your letter before accessing the system. However if you need help and support with creating an account for My Housing, you can:
- Visit a First Point
- Contact your Neighbourhood Officer on 0114 293 0000
If you are wanting to bid on properties, please note that our next lettings cycle will begin on Thursday 4th December and will last two weeks.
