Our upcoming events!
This is just a quick update on some of our autumn events including the next Culture Club and an exciting discussion about Sheffield's late-night culture.
Don't worry, a separate post-summer bulletin is on its way with some festival season madness. If you haven't got your submissions in for that one then please do so here.
For now, let's get into it.

Join Culture Sheffield for a one-day professional development event designed to support arts and culture organisations to explore strategies, strengthen business models, expand fundraising strategies and build long-term sustainability.
The event offers a practical mix of expert advice, peer learning and 1:1 support. Whether you're reassessing your income model, exploring social investment, or trying to better demonstrate your impact, this toolkit day will equip you with new ideas and connections to take your organisation forward.
We have a number of slots available for 1:1s on specific fundraising advice. If you'd like to request one, complete this short form and we'll get back to you.
Are you the leader of a small/mid-sized arts organisation, or are you a mid-level/mid-career leader in Sheffield’s creative sector? Are you ready to sharpen your leadership skills, expand your network and plan your next steps?
This new programme is crafted to equip you with the practical skills and expertise needed to lead a modern creative or cultural organisation while preparing for the future of your business or practice.
There'll be space for learning and reflection, connecting with peers facing similar challenges and establishing a local support network for ongoing growth.

We’re back this Autumn for another fun and relaxed evening of networking and cultural conversation. This time we're at Persistence Works and the spotlight is on some of Sheffield’s upcoming festivals, with Sensoria, Off The Shelf and No Bounds all contributing towards our programme for the night.
There’ll be plenty of open networking time, plus a space for call-outs where you can share opportunities, events and ideas with the room. Sign up for an evening of creativity and a complimentary drink!
PS. If you missed the last one, catch the round up to get a flavour of what to expect.
Sheffield comes alive after dark. Our late-night culture is more than entertainment, it’s a catalyst for community, creativity, and economic vitality that spans venues, clubs, galleries, and performance spaces.
It's also part of Sheffield’s heritage, from our nationally recognised status as an epicentre for electronic music to its thriving independent spaces that give the city its gritty charm.
However, culture after dark doesn’t happen by accident. It needs to be nurtured.
Night Vision will bring together venue operators, cultural workers, promoters, local authority representatives, and anyone passionate about Sheffield’s nightlife to explore how we can grow and protect this essential part of our city’s identity.
We'll be back with the usual bulletin in a few weeks so remember to share the sign-up link and send in your submissions to be featured in the next edition.
