SOAR Logo
Born from the feedback of women in the local area, the Mindful Mamas Outreach Project was created as a response to something far too common - feelings of isolation and loneliness. Many women shared the need for genuine connection, emotional support, and a space where they could simply be.
SOAR are proud to offer a safe and inclusive space where women can build a support network of like-minded mamas, and embrace their unique stories and journeys.
