 Introducing our new Repairs Policy guide!
If you are one of our tenants then we are responsible for keeping your home safe, secure and in good condition.
We know that receiving a good repairs service is hugely important to you, and you have told us that you want a simpler, more easily-understood explanation of our repairs policy.
So this year we have refreshed the policy and written a new tenants' guide to explain it. This leaflet tells you clearly and simply what you can expect from our repairs service, and provides more information about the easiest ways to get your repairs sorted.
