Stock Condition Survey
“We wanted to share some important information with you regarding a project that will be affecting your community in the coming months.
Our contractor, RLB, will be conducting a Stock Condition Survey as part of a programme running from October 2024 to October 2026. The purpose of this survey is to assess key areas of tenants' homes, including:
- Roofs, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms to help plan any future works and improvements.
- Energy data assessments to explore ways to improve energy efficiency.
- Health and safety reviews to ensure homes meet required standards.
- Internal and external property reviews.
At this stage, no action is required from tenants. Letters will be sent directly to residents confirming appointment dates and times. The survey will require access to all areas of the home, including bedrooms, lofts, meter cupboards, and external spaces. Each survey will take approximately 30 minutes, during which the surveyor will take photographs, measurements, and notes.
