How you can help your community
If you want to offer support, here are some ways you can help:
Talk to your friends, family and neighbours about support available. People may feel embarrassed or aren’t aware of the help and support they can receive. Donate your time and volunteer to help others. Lots of organisations are always looking for people to help.
