Sheffield's Clean Air Zone (CAZ) goes live soon, on 27 February.
It’s a really important step in helping to reduce pollution in the city to achieve cleaner and healthier air for us all.
Most people won’t be charged for entering the CAZ because private cars and motorbikes will not be charged.
Only the most heavily polluting vehicles and heavy goods vehicles, light goods vehicles, vans, buses, coaches and taxis, will be charged, not all vehicles of this type.
You can find more information, including which vehicles will be charged, and how to apply for financial support and exemptions on the Clean Air Zone web page.
