Manish Harijan presents an exhibition of new paintings exploring migration, memory, and mythology. Drawing on his experiences growing up in Nepal and moving to the UK, Manish’s work fuses Eastern and Western imagery in a cultural mixing pot that includes pop icons, mythological deities and personal artefacts.

A celebration of art and creativity in the public realm. Grab a map and explore a series of newly commissioned murals, sited in popular locations.
See a selection of the region's most talented artists as they create artworks live alongside hip hop dance performances, street art tours and brand new art installations.

Incorporating a unique collection of brick models that provides an awe-inspiring spectacle for visitors.
Brickosaurs features 15 amazing dinosaur models hosted by local businesses as part of a fabulous visitor trail around the city centre.
6-21 Aug - Sheffield City Centre
Join us for a raw-some week at the Animal Farm! Admission to the farm is free and there are lots of free activities. See the life-size dinosaur footprints and take part in the T-Rex toss. Some activities you'll need to book for, and there's a small charge, but your child will get a prize. Book tickets to follow the 'Dino' trail and dig up dinosaur bones in our Jurassic style sand pits.
8 - 14 August, 10am - 3.30pm daily, Graves Animal Park
The Pantaloons invade the stage at Sheffield Botanical Gardens in this funny yet faithful adaptation of H G Wells sci-fi classic. Using musical instruments and puppetry they recreate deadly giant fighting-machines, squidgy tentacled Martians and interplanetary warfare on an epic scale.

Head over to the Concord Sports Centre for a free family fun day with lots of activities for families including football, basketball, hockey, cricket, inflatables, and arts and crafts.

 A climber scales the wall at Cliffhanger
Cliffhanger is Sheffield’s inner-city festival dedicated to celebrating the great outdoors, with a host of adventure activities spread across the city centre. The British Bouldering Championships will headline the weekend as the nation’s strongest climbers battle it out on a purpose-built bouldering wall on Devonshire Green.

A showcase of the fantastic creative talent that Sheffield has to offer put together by Sheffield Creative Guild! You'll find all sorts - from accessories and pottery, to embroidery, prints and audio electronics.
