The service is easy to use and your garden waste will be collected from your green bin every two weeks between March and November.
Sign up by 10th February (Direct Debit) or 21st February (Credit/Debit card) to receive all 19 collections.
The garden waste collection service costs £57.65
If you don’t have a green bin or need a replacement, we can deliver one for £27.
Your first collection will take place between 7 - 18 March 2022. You will receive your collection calendar and sticker before your first collection. All of the garden waste we collect will be recycled.
Please note that if you signed up to a Direct Debit last year you don't have to do anything. You will receive a letter confirming this year's service price and the date it will be taken from your bank account.

Christmas Tree Recycling
Now that the festive period is over you may have a real Christmas tree that you need to dispose of. The good news is there are several ways in which you can recycle your real Christmas Tree.
- You can take it to one of Sheffield's five Household Waste Recycling Centres
- You can arrange a bulky waste collection at a cost of £23.50 for up to 3 items. Christmas trees collections can be booked as part of this service until 14th January 2022.
- Or, why not donate to Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice or Sheffield Children's Hospital, and arrange for them to come and collect it from your home
If you need to get rid of an artificial (plastic) Christmas tree you can take this to a Household Waste Recycling Centre, or arrange a bulky waste collection.
