An ecological assessment will also be carried out to assess the potential impact of redevelopment on biodiversity and the local environment.

South Yorkshire Police Off-Road Bike Team are working with the Local Authorities in the region to deter illegal vehicle users from accessing green spaces.
Many of our green spaces, such as public rights of way, parks, football pitches, golf courses and nature reserves are being damaged by illegal vehicles.
We've created this video in partnership with SYP about off-road vehicle use in Sheffield's green spaces to help people understand the impact it has, how they can help and to act as a deterrent.
